我們都知道“營(yíng)銷的核心是需求”,但對(duì)于“什么是需求?”卻所知甚少。從這個(gè)意義上說(shuō),這句話既沒有解釋什么是“需求”,也沒有解釋什么是“營(yíng)銷”,是一句正確的廢話。
那么,當(dāng)我們說(shuō)到‘需求’的時(shí)候,我們?cè)谡勈裁矗?/p>
選擇性需求是對(duì)品牌/產(chǎn)品的特定需求。相比之下,初級(jí)需求是指對(duì)整個(gè)產(chǎn)品類別的需求。當(dāng)我購(gòu)買或使用時(shí):我得到了什么?我的感覺是?我是誰(shuí)?聯(lián)想到誰(shuí)?Intellectual & Beliefs 理智的認(rèn)知和信仰,產(chǎn)生的態(tài)度(Attitudes )Emotional & Feelings 情緒感受,產(chǎn)生感官刺激(Sensibility)Self & Social& Personal 自我、社交和個(gè)人的,產(chǎn)生被欣賞、被認(rèn)可等渴望(Desires)
一.功能性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性需求較低的成本完成某項(xiàng)任務(wù),實(shí)用的、有效的這類需求通常是生理生存需求,有具體的、顯性的特征理性的決策,是4P、UPS、定為、品類管理的依據(jù)
二、安全、穩(wěn)定的需要確定性、可控性、安全感和舒適,消除焦慮、擔(dān)心和害怕如環(huán)境的衛(wèi)生、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、可靠性、耐用性,需要時(shí)間驗(yàn)證或經(jīng)驗(yàn)推斷經(jīng)驗(yàn)決策,是擔(dān)保、RTB、保值率、饑餓營(yíng)銷、促銷與廣告活動(dòng)的依據(jù)
三、體驗(yàn)的、感官的興趣尋找刺激、享樂、物質(zhì)追求味覺、視覺、嗅覺、觸覺、聽覺及引發(fā)大腦興奮的刺激(滿足興趣或欲望、冒險(xiǎn))用戶體驗(yàn)至上、易用性基礎(chǔ)
四、社交、身份識(shí)別、自我定義和表達(dá)需求(獨(dú)特性需求-見限量版)表達(dá)個(gè)性、面子、滿足虛榮心等非理性決策,是超級(jí)符號(hào)、定為、品牌態(tài)度和關(guān)系的依據(jù)
五、關(guān)系、情感性需求可產(chǎn)生積極的的感覺和聯(lián)想:如陪伴、愛和歸屬感、聯(lián)系、支持、尊重、認(rèn)可、情懷等持久的、隱藏的、無(wú)(半)意識(shí)或不愿承認(rèn)的品牌社區(qū)活動(dòng)依據(jù)(如車友會(huì))
六、心理需求自尊、自信、野心、權(quán)力和控制欲、自由、成就、成長(zhǎng)、參與隱性的、潛意識(shí)的、或半意識(shí)不愿承認(rèn)的,定為、品牌關(guān)系依據(jù)
七、認(rèn)知、文化和價(jià)值觀、意義獲取知識(shí)、了解和認(rèn)知世界、自己存在的意義形成文化和價(jià)值觀:道德、人性、政治正確、國(guó)家、民族、性別、環(huán)保等超級(jí)符號(hào)、定為、品牌態(tài)度的依據(jù)
1~3有形、顯性、有聲而4~7無(wú)形、隱形和無(wú)聲,1~5外驅(qū)而6~7內(nèi)驅(qū)功能性需求是基礎(chǔ)部分:當(dāng)今的消費(fèi)者,對(duì)成熟品類的品牌,認(rèn)為功能、質(zhì)量和良好的交付是理所當(dāng)然的卓越的體驗(yàn)、增加附加的社交價(jià)值、情懷情感等(如奢侈品),是定為和品牌語(yǔ)言的一部分人類的文明:理想、愿景驅(qū)動(dòng)(如科技行業(yè))飯飽思飲欲,饑寒起盜心。經(jīng)濟(jì)和功能利益的不斷滿足,精神文化象征意義越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注。特別是高度同質(zhì)化的品類:通過(guò)有形連接,被無(wú)形說(shuō)服。

野心需求 Ambition成就 Achievement To accomplish difficult tasks, overcoming obstacles and achieving expertize. 展現(xiàn) Exhibition To impress others through one's actions and words, even if what is said or done is shocking.認(rèn)可 Recognition To show achievements to others and gain recognition for these.
物質(zhì)需求 Materialistic needs獲取 Acquisition To acquire things.保持 Retention To keep things that have been acquired.整齊 Order To make things clean, neat and tidy.建造 Construction To make and build things.
權(quán)力需求 Power needs屈尊 Abasement To surrender and submit to others, accept blame and punishment. To enjoy pain and misfortune. 侵略 Aggression To forcefully overcome an opponent, controlling, taking revenge or punishing them.自主 Autonomy To break free from constraints, resisting coercion and dominating authority. To be irresponsible and independent.避免責(zé)備 Blame avoidance To not be blamed for things done.逆反 Contrariance To oppose the attempted persuasion of others.敬意 Deference To admire a superior person, praising them and yielding to them and following their rules. 欣賞一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的人,贊美他們,服從他們,遵守他們的規(guī)則。支配 Dominance To control one's environment, controlling other people through command or subtle persuasion.避免危害 Harm avoidance To escape or avoid pain, injury and death. 避免尷尬 Infavoidance To avoid being humiliated or embarrassed.

Includes being loved, nursed, helped, forgiven and consoled
信息 Information needs認(rèn)知 Cognizance To seek knowledge and ask questions about things in order to understand.解釋 Exposition To provide information educate others.品牌為消費(fèi)者的非理性行為提供了理性的理由:顧客不僅尋求功能和情感上的滿足,而且還尋求精神上的滿足,購(gòu)物者是探險(xiǎn)家,進(jìn)行狩獵旅行,尋找特價(jià)商品、新產(chǎn)品和不同的商品,為他們的日常生活增添樂趣。
營(yíng)銷從狂轟濫炸的廣告、突出產(chǎn)品特征、突出特征帶來(lái)的利益、到產(chǎn)品體驗(yàn)和品牌意義的結(jié)合。
